To all the 90s kids out there, do you remember when there were only a few English songs we had heard and we had it on our DVDs? Marshmallow and Jay- Z didn’t even exist then and we were in love with Akon’s style. Though we couldn’t grasp the lyrics, still we used to sing incorrect but with full confidence. Kids nowadays can never understand how cool it was then if you had heard these English songs and cooler if you knew the lyrics or at least do the lip-sync.

Well, here are the 10 most loved English songs by the 90s Indian kids and which introduced them to the western music:

1. To Brazil – Vengaboys

As a 90s kid myself, for a very long time, I thought that the song is just music with the word “Brazil” put here and there. And like most of us, I just shouted the only word every time it came in the song.
