Shoaib Malik Pulls Imad Wasim’s Leg With A Funny Tweet After The Latter Posted His Squats Video

The coronavirus outbreak has affected almost each and every person on this planet and Pakistani cricketers are no exception to it. The Pak players are also staying at home in order to save themselves from the COVID-19 virus but it doesn’t stop them from having good time using social media networks. Recently they got engaged in the 50 squats challenge and the skipper of Pakistani test team Azhar Ali nominated his teammate Imad Wasim.

Imad Wasim, the Pakistani all-rounder, accepted the challenge and posted a video on the micro-blogging site Twitter in which he is seen doing 50 squats. He also further nominated other Pakistani cricketers – Babar Azam, Abid Ali, Imam-ul-Haq and Haris Sohail for this challenge.

However later on, Imad got trolled due to this video as Shoaib Malik, the veteran Pakistani cricketer, took it as an opportunity to pull Imad’s leg.

In the video while doing squats, Imad is seen holding hands together as if he has made a mistake and is asking for forgiveness from someone. Shoaib took a funny dig at Imad and wrote, “Lagta bhabi se maafi mang mang ke haath naturally squats mey bhi waisey hain. maybe she was making the video? What’s next murgha squat challenge?!!”.

It loosely translates to, “Your hands are folded naturally during the squats which gives an impression that you are habitual of apologizing to Bhabhi (Imad’s wife) and may be she is shooting the video. What’s next? Chicken squat challenge”.

This comment made everyone laugh and other fellow cricketers of Imad also made fun of him but in a good spirit.

All the sporting events including the semi-final and final matches of Pakistan Super League were cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak and it seems that situation won’t normalise till couple of months.
