Some people prepare in advance to combat the price rise in tomatoes by buying them in big quantities when they are available at low prices and then they prepare tomato puree which they keep in cold storage. This tomato puree is used in those times when tomatoes are priced high but not everyone in this world uses this technique to counter rise in prices.
